摘　　要：针对分级诊疗中三级综合医院与基层医疗体系协同现况及存在的问题,提出以全科医学作为切入点构建三级综合医院与基层医疗体系的良性协同机制的思路。提出加强三级综合医院独立设置全科医学科及病房,加强三级综合医院全科医师导师培养,持续提高基层全科医师队伍执业能力,进一步健全双向转诊实施配套制度建设等建议。In view of current situation and problems of the coordination between tertiary general hospitals and primary medical system in hierarchical medical system,it is proposed that take general medicine as the entry point to build a benign coordination mechanism of tertiary general hospitals and primary medical system.It puts forward that strengthen the independent general medicine departments and its wards,strengthen training of general practitioner tutors in tertiary general hospitals,continue to improve the practice ability of grass-root general practitioner team,and further improve the construction of supporting system for two-way referral.
