摘 要:利用硅烷改性剂对云母粉进行表面改性,得出最佳改性剂用量为1.5%(质量分数),并分别将改性前后的云母粉应用于工业防腐涂料体系中,进行云母粉的加量实验及对整个涂料体系黏度和生产效率的影响实验,并通过耐中性盐雾、连续冷凝和耐冲击性等性能测试,对改性前后云母粉在工业防腐涂料领域的实际功能表现进行探究。结果表明,相对未经改性的云母粉,改性云母粉能够明显降低体系黏度,提高涂料生产效率,并能够提高在体系中的添加量,改善工业防腐涂料的防腐性能。Through surface modification of mica powder with silane modifier,it was determined that the optimum modifier dosage is 1.5%.Mica powder was applied to industrial anticorrosive coatings before and after modification,a mica powder addition test was conducted,an experiment was conducted to determine its influence on the viscosity and production efficiency of the whole coating system,and,through neutral salt spray resistance,continuous condensation,impact resistance and other performance tests,the actual functional performance of mica powder in industrial anticorrosive coatings before and after modification was investigated.The results show that compared with unmodified mica powder,modified mica powder can obviously reduce the viscosity of the system,improve coatings production efficiency,increase the dosage in the system and enhance the anticorrosion performance of industrial anticorrosive coatings.
