摘　　要：目的研究康艾注射液联合GP化疗方案治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果及对免疫功能、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2021年3月我院收治的150例老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为研究组(100例,康艾注射液+GP化疗方案)与对照组(50例,GP化疗方案)。比较两组的免疫功能指标、VEGF、CEA、NSE水平、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)明显高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的VEGF、CEA、NSE水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康艾注射液联合GP化疗方案治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果显著,能够有效提高患者的免疫功能,降低VEGF、CEA、NSE水平,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To study the effect of Kang’ai injection combined with GP chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its influences on immune function,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and neuron specific enolase(NSE) levels.Methods The clinical data of 150 elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into study group(100 cases,Kang’ai injection + GP chemotherapy regimen) and control group(50 cases,GP chemotherapy regimen).The immune function indexes,VEGF,CEA,NSE levels,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF,CEA and NSE in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Kang’ai injection combined with GP chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the immune function and reduce the levels of VEGF,CEA and NSE,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
