摘　　要：契约视角下的隐性知识转移研究仍有不足,为探究正式/非正式契约对隐性知识转移的系统性影响,提炼出4项转移机制:信任程度、交易成本、专利风险和契约刚性,并构建SD模型,应用Vensim PLE进行仿真和灵敏度分析。结果表明:正式/非正式契约的影响路径与影响效果存在差异性,在中低水平正式契约和中高水平非正式契约的协同效应下,隐性知识转移量最大,隐性知识转移更依赖于非正式契约,这为企业的契约治理提供了借鉴依据。There are still some weaknesses of the research on tacit knowledge transfer from the perspective of contract.To explore the systematic impact of formal/informal contracts on tacit knowledge transfer,this paper extracts four transfer mechanisms,trust level,transaction cost,patent risk and contract rigidity,and builds a SD model,then uses Vensim PLE for simulation and sensitivity analysis.The results show that,there are differences in the influence path and impact effect of formal/informal contracts,under the synergistic effect of low-level formal contracts and high-level informal contracts,tacit knowledge transfer amount is the largest.Tacit knowledge transfer is more dependent on informal contracts,which provides a basis for enterprise contract governance.
