摘 要:为了探究微生物菌剂对大田马铃薯生长发育及产量的影响,探讨土壤中酶活性变化特征,设置了不施肥(CK)、单施化肥(F)、微生物菌剂+化肥(FM225)三个不同的施肥处理,对马铃薯不同生育期的干物质积累量、产量及薯块膨大期的土壤酶活性进行了测定。结果表明施用黑沃土微酸性微生物菌剂能促进马铃薯生长,相较于单施化肥,马铃薯株高以及茎叶、块茎、根的平均干物质积累量分别增加了3%、27.19%、8.46%、8.34%,土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶活性在0~20 cm及20~40 cm土层也均有增加,FM225处理下马铃薯产量达到了2407.39 kg/hm^(2),较F处理增加了12.72%,马铃薯单株结薯数及单株薯重均有不同程度的增加,但对马铃薯商品率影响较小。To explore microbial agents to the field the potato growth and yield influence,discusses the soil enzyme activity change characteristics,set up the no fertilizer(CK),single fertilizer(F),microbial agents+chemical fertilizer(FM225)three different fertilizer treatments,dry matter accumulation of different development stages of the potato,yield and potato piece of soil enzyme activity were determined.Results show that the use of black soil acidic microbial agents could promote the growth of potato,and compared with fertilization of chemical fertilizer,the potato plant height,stem,root tuber,and the average dry matter accumulation increased 3%,27.19%,8.46%and 8.34%respectively,the soil catalase,urease,alkaline phosphatase activity in 0~20 cm and 20~40 cm soil layer were also increased,FM225 processing of potato yield reached 2407.39 kg/hm^(2),F treatment increased by 12.72%,potato and potato number per potatoes per plant and heavy all have varying degrees of increase,but the effect to potato commodity rate is small.
