摘　　要：采用计算机系统以革新传统酒店业竞争方式与经营管理手段,不断扩大酒店销售、降低管理成本以及提升房客满意度。通过对系统功能进行总体构架,设计相应的功能模块,实现基于B/S架构的酒店管理系统。该系统由客房预订、入住接待、宾客结账、报表管理与系统设置等功能模块构成,实现利用计算机系统与网络来管理酒店宾客、客房及相关设备信息等。系统功能较为丰富与详尽,应用的技术较为新颖,对于同类酒店管理系统的设计开发有参考价值。Adopt computer systems to innovate traditional hotel industry competition and management methods,continuously expand hotel sales,reduce management costs, and improve guest satisfaction.Through the overall structure of the system functions,the corresponding functional modules are designed to realize the hotel management system based on the B/S architecture.The system is composed of functional modules such as room reservation,check-in reception,guest checkout,report management and system settings,and realizes the use of computer systems and networks to manage hotel guests,guest rooms and related equipment information.The system functions are relatively rich and detailed,and the applied technology is relatively novel,which has reference value for the design and development of similar hotel management systems.
