摘　　要：目前我国正处于服务型政府建设攻坚期,工程建设申请审批事项的优化改革在不断向纵深推进,建设行政管理电子政务作为建筑业信息化的重要组成部分,一直以来并未受到与企业信息化相当的重视。群众线下业务办理手续繁琐、效率低下、"推绕拖"等老大难问题依旧存在,引入"互联网+"的先进概念,是从根本上解决当前此等问题的有效手段之一。经过十数年发展,政务办理经历办公信息化后,伴随我国"互联网+政务服务"的浪潮进入了崭新的阶段。通过运用整合互联网、前端动态模板等先进技术,政府单位可以更加灵活配置所有业务的线上申请内容和形式,真正做到了让数据多跑路,让群众少跑路,提高了办事效率和百姓的满意度。At present,China is in the critical period of service-oriented government construction.The optimization and reform of the examination and approval items of project construction applications is constantly advancing in depth.As an important part of the informatization of the construction industry,it has not been paid considerable attention to the enterprise informatization.There are still difficult problems such as cumbersome procedures,low efficiency and ″pushing and dragging″.The introduction of the advanced concept of ″Internet +″ is one of the effective means to fundamentally solve the current problems.After more than ten years of development,after experiencing office informatization,China has entered the wave of″ Internet +government services″ into a new stage.By using the integration of advanced technologies such as Internet and front-end dynamic templates,government units can more flexibly configure the online application contents and forms of all businesses,truly let the data run more,let the people run less,and improve the work efficiency and people’s satisfaction.
