摘  要:目的:评价一种新型牙本质反应性单体的生物安全性。方法:用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料通过亲核加成反应合成目标单体,以ISO 10993标准,根据口腔环境特点,选择体内体外4种实验评价单体生物安全性。结果:该单体体外细胞毒性为Ⅰ级;对兔血的溶血率为3.6%;短期全身毒性试验显示对Balb/c小鼠无短期全身毒性作用;口腔黏膜刺激试验未见组织学异常。结论:该研究制备的单体可能具有生物安全性。Objective:To evaluate the biological safety of a new dentin reactive monomer.Methods:The target monomer was synthesized from Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and Hydroxyethyl methylacrylate(HEMA)by nucleophilic addition reaction.According to the standard of ISO 10993 and the characteristics of oral environment,4 in vitro and in vivo tests were used to evaluate the biological safety of the monomer.Results:In vitro cytotoxicity of the monomer was gradeⅠ.The hemolysis rate of the monomer to rabbit blood was 3.6%.Short-term systemic toxicity test showed that the monomer had no short-term systemic toxicity effect in Balb/C mice.No histological abnormality was found in oral mucosa stimulation test.Conclusion:The monomer may possesse biological safety.
