摘 要:目的:评价不同波长激光对染色牙釉质颜色和表面显微硬度(SMH)的影响。方法:制备釉质试件75个,经染色随机分成5组(n=15),A组(对照)选用40%H_(2)O_(2)乳光增强漂白凝胶,漂白20 min,重复3次。B、C、D和E组:分别采用波长为445、535、810、980 nm激光照射30 s,间隔1 min,重复3次,凝胶继续保持6 min。然后,用分光光度仪分析颜色变化,显微硬度仪分析SMH变化。单因素方差分析和Tukey检验行数据分析。结果:(1)ΔE值:A组最小(P<0.05),E组最大;A<B<C<D≤E,D、E组间无差异。(2)SMH_(0)-SMH_(1)和ΔSMH值:A组最小(P<0.05),D组最大;A≤B<C<E≤D组;A、B组,D、E组间无差异。结论:激光活化能缩短漂白时间,增强漂泊效果;波长越长,效果越强。535 nm以上波长可导致SMH降低。Objective:To evaluate the effect of lasers with wavelengths of 445,535,810 and 980 nm,on the color and surface microhardness(SMH)of stained enamel.Methods:75 enamel specimens were prepared.After staining,they were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=15).Group A(control):40%hydrogen peroxide Opalescence Boost gel was applied on the enamel surface for 20 min and 3 times.Group B,C,D,E:Laser with wavelengths of 445,535,810 and 980 nm,were respectively applied for 30 s with an interval of 1 min and repeated for 3 times.Then the gel remained for 6 min.Finally,Color changes were determined spectrophotometrically and SMH was measured by microhardness tester.Data were analyzed by one-way RM-ANOVA and Tukey tests.Results:(1)ΔE:The smallest was in group A(P<0.05),the largest in group E;A<B<C<D≤E(between group D and E,P>0.05).(2)SMH_(0)-SMH_(1) and ΔSMH:The smallest was in group A(P<0.05),the largest in group D;A≤B<C<E≤D;between group A and B,D and E,P>0.05.Conclusion:Laser activation shortens bleaching time and enhances bleaching effect.The longer the wavelength,the more effective the effect.The laser with wavelength of 535 nm or more may reduce enamel SMH.
