CBCT应用于自体牙移植的临床疗效及预后分析

摘　　要：纳入符合自体牙移植患者84例(92颗),采用CBCT+种植技术治疗为CBCT+种植组,同期行自体牙移植60例(60颗)患者为种植组。结果显示牙移植2年后,CBCT+种植组和种植组成功率分别为92.39%和83.33%(P<0.05),并发症发生率分别为7.61%和23.33%(P<0.05);术后2年随访,牙周探诊深度(mm)分别为1.26±0.49和1.48±0.42(P<0.05)。结果表明,CBCT用于自体牙移植可以提高成功率,减少并发症,促进牙周恢复。84 patients with 92 teeth eligible for autologous tooth transplantation were treated by CBCT added implant surgical technique(group A).In another 60 patients with 60 teeth were treated by autooenous tooth transplantation without CBCT(group B).2 years follow-up showed that the success rate of transplantation of group A and B was 92.39%and 83.33%(P<0.05),the incidence of transplant complications 7.61%and 23.33%(P<0.05),the periodontal depth(mm)was 1.26±0.49 and 1.48±0.42(P<0.05),respectively.The above results show that the CBCT may increase the success rate,decrease the complications and promote periodontal recovery of autologous tooth transplantation.
