摘　　要：介绍了在医保支付制度改革的背景下,北京市某三级综合医院基于DRG的临床路径管理体系建设实践。在推动过程中,医院通过调整组织架构、开发信息系统、落实配套监管、建立奖惩机制,将基于DRG的临床路径管理体系广泛应用于临床管理实践,有利于在DRG付费的大背景下规范医院诊疗流程、提升医疗服务品质、合理控制诊疗费用、推动医院精细化运营。In the context of the medical insurance payment system reform,this study introduced the practice of DRG-based clinical pathway management system construction in a tertiary general hospital in Beijing.During the implementation,this hospital adjusted the or-ganizational structure,developed information systems,enhanced supervision,and established rewards and punishment mechanisms,so that DRG-based clinical path management system could be widely used in clinical management practices.In the context of DRG,this was bene-ficial to standardize diagnosis and treatment process,improve the quality of medical services,reasonably control the medical cost,and pro-mote the refined operation of the hospital.
