草地贪夜蛾幼虫龄期的划分

摘　　要：为明确草地贪夜蛾(Spodoptera frugiperda)幼虫龄期,以便快速准确识别幼虫虫龄,为其预测预报以及防治策略制定提供依据,本试验采用多功能体视显微镜对草地贪夜蛾各龄期幼虫的头长、头宽、体长和体宽进行测定,并利用Origin9.0和SPSS Statistics20.0软件对4项指标进行分析。结果表明:草地贪夜蛾幼虫不同龄期形态特征之间存在差异,头宽在各龄期间均无重叠,可作为幼虫龄期鉴定的重要指标;头长、体长和体宽可作为龄期划分的辅助和验证指标。草地贪夜蛾幼虫分为6龄,在23℃下,幼虫历期为15~16d,其中1龄3d、2龄2d、3龄2d、4龄2d、5龄2~3d、6龄4~5d。综上,以草地贪夜蛾幼虫各龄期头宽作为虫龄鉴别的主要指标,配合头长、体长、体宽的发育程度,可准确快速鉴定草地贪夜蛾幼虫虫龄。To quickly and accurately determine the larval instars of fall armyworm,Spodoptera frugiperda(Lepidoptera:Noctuidea),and provide references for formulating forecast and scientific control strategies,four morphological indices as larval head capsule length and width and body length and width were measured,and analyzed using Origin 9.0 and SPSS Statistics 20.0 softwares.The results showed that there were differences in morphologistic characters between different larval instars.The larval head capsule width did not overlap in each instar,so it could be used as the main index for instar identification,and head capsule length,body width and length could be used as assistant verification indicators.The duration of larval stage was 15~16 days when reared at 23℃,and six larval instars could be distinguished as the first instar for 3 days,the 2 nd instar for 2 days,the 3 rd instar for 2 days,the 4 th instar for 2 days,the 5 th instar for 2~3 days and the 6 th instar for 4~5 days.In conclusion,the instars of fall armyworm could be accurately and quickly identified mainly according to the head capsule width assisted with head capsule length,body length and width.
