摘 要:目的了解老年专科护士对重庆市临床实践基地的教学评价,为进一步提升基地教学水平提供参考和依据。方法2020年12月对重庆市老年专科护士临床实践基地第一届的14名学员进行焦点小组访谈,并运用Colaizzi 7步资料分析法对资料进行整理及分析。结果访谈录音时间为134 min,转录文字字数为24297字,共提炼出3个主题:教学反馈(正性反馈、负性反馈)、教学收获(专科知识得到系统更新、临床实践能力得到提升、科研思维及格局发生改变)、教学建议(门诊教学需同质化、强化师资个案管理培训及考核)。结论重庆临床实践基地教学质量及教学水平获得学员一致认可,学员在临床、教学、科研及管理能力方面均得到一定的提升。但基地应进一步加强门诊教学,培养师资个案管理指导能力。Objective To explore the evaluation on Chongqing clinical practice base by gerontological advanced practice nurses.Methods In December 2020,a focus group interview was conducted with 14 trainees of gerontological advanced practice nurses in Chongqing clinical practice base.Colaizzi 7 data analysis method was used for data sorting and analysis.Results The recording time of the interview was 134 minutes,and the number of transcribed words was 24,297.A total of 3 themes were extracted:teaching feedback(positive feedback,negative feedback),learning gains(systematically updated specialist knowledge,improved clinical practice ability,and changes in scientific research thinking and pattern),teaching suggestions(recommendation of homogenization of outpatient teaching and strengthening teachers'case management training and assessment).Conclusion The teaching quality and level in Chongqing clinical practice base have been unanimously recognized by the students,and the students have been improved in clinical,teaching,scientific research and management capabilities.However,the level of outpatient teaching and teacher's case management ability should be strengthened.
