摘  要:列车在通过电分段时,由于绝缘锚段关节与受电弓之间存在很大的电压差而产生电弧,受绝缘锚段关节特殊位置的影响,列车行驶很慢,造成电弧难以熄灭,电弧的长期维持会对弓网系统造成严重的烧蚀,影响列车安全稳定运行,出于安全性和成本的考虑,难以通过相关实验复现,因此有必要通过多物理场仿真模拟真实情况,针对列车受电弓通过绝缘锚段关节时产生电弧后电弧的极限拉断距离展开研究,评估当前绝缘锚段关节设置的合理性。基于磁流体动力学理论,考虑列车以18、108、144、180 km/h等不同的车速通过绝缘锚段关节的情况,分析了不同强度的列车走行风对电弧极限拉断距离的影响。研究结果表明:列车通过绝缘锚段关节的速度小于180 km/h时,电弧存在时间长,难以熄灭,将对弓网系统造成严重的烧蚀,列车通过速度大于180 km/h可以使电弧快速熄灭。When the train passes through the electric section,the arc is generated due to the large voltage difference between the insulated anchor section and the pantograph.Affected by the special position of the insulated anchor section,the train runs very slowly,which makes it difficult to extinguish the arc.The long-term maintenance of the arc will cause serious erosion to the pantograph/catenary system and affect the safe and stable operation of the train.In view of safety and cost,it is difficult to access the reoccurrence by correlated tests,and it is necessary to simulate the real situation through multi physical field simulation to study the ultimate breaking distance of the arc when the train pantograph passes through the insulated anchor section,and evaluate the rationality of the setting of the current insulated anchor section.Based on the theory of magnetohydrodynamics,the influence of train wind of different strength on the ultimate breaking distance of arc is analyzed when the train passes through the insulated anchor section at different speeds of 18 km/h,108 km/h,144 km/h and 180 km/h.The results show that when the train passes through the insulated anchor section at the speed less than 180 km/h,the arc exists for a long time and is difficult to extinguish,which will cause serious ablation to the pantograph/catenary system.When the train passes through the insulated anchor section at the speed greater than 180 km/h,the arc can be extinguished quickly.
