摘　　要：文旅融合发展背景下如何培养满足文旅融合发展需求的新型旅游人才是旅游教育必须面对的重要课题。分析文旅融合背景下旅游人才培养面临的机遇与挑战,审视并反思新型旅游人才培养的基础性问题,提出新型旅游人才培养的“金字塔”结构体系,从优化顶层设计、调整专业设置、革新教学方法、拓宽培养渠道等方面提出具体实施路径。Under the background of the integration development of culture and tourism,how to cultivate new-type tourism talents to meet the demands of culture and tourism integration development is an important subject for tourism education having to face.Analyzing the opportunities and challenges confronted by the tourism talents cultivation,examining and reflecting the basic problems in the cultivation of new-type tourism talents,this paper puts forward the“pyramid”structure system in the talents cultivation,and some specific implementation paths are proposed from the aspects of optimizing the top-level design,adjusting the major setting,innovating the teaching methods and broadening cultivating channels,and so on.
