胃苏颗粒+三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究胃苏颗粒+三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎的效果。方法90例慢性胃炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组使用三联疗法(雷贝拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合胃苏颗粒治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、用药不良反应发生率以及治疗前后血清炎症因子[表皮生长因子(EGF)、一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素-32(IL-32)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))]水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率97.78%高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者EGF(3.31±0.41)ng/ml、IL-32(42.12±5.41)pg/ml、TGF-β_(1)(15.14±5.08)mg/ml均低于对照组的(4.02±0.62)ng/ml、(56.35±6.77)pg/ml、(22.48±7.14)mg/ml,NO(66.34±8.18)μmol/L高于对照组的(60.28±8.45)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性胃炎患者应用胃苏颗粒+三联疗法治疗效果显著,可有效降低机体血清炎症因子水平,改善临床症状,促进康复,且用药不良反应少,联合用药安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Weisu granule combined with triple therapy on chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic gastritis were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triple therapy(rabeprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin),and the observation group was treated with Weisu granules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse drug reactions,and serum inflammatory factors[epidermal growth factor(EGF),nitric oxide(NO),interleukin-32(IL-32),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))].Results The total effective rate of treatment 97.78% in the observation group was higher than 86.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the EGF(3.31±0.41)ng/ml,IL-32(42.12±5.41)pg/ml,and TGF-β_(1)(15.14±5.08)mg/ml of the observation group were lower than(4.02±0.62)ng/ml,(56.35±6.77)pg/ml,(22.48±7.14)mg/ml of the control group,and the NO(66.34±8.18)μmol/L was higher than(60.28±8.45)μmol/L of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Weisu granule+triple therapy has significant effect on patients with chronic gastritis,which can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve clinical symptoms and promote rehabilitation,and has less adverse reactions.The combination of drugs has high safety and is worthy of promotion.
