奥扎格雷钠联合康复训练治疗老年脑梗死的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析老年脑梗死患者采用奥扎格雷钠联合康复训练治疗的临床疗效。方法62例老年脑梗死患者根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组31例。对照组采用注射用奥扎格雷钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上开展康复训练。对比两组治疗效果、神经功能改善情况、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.77%高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组NIHSS评分(4.83±1.02)分低于对照组的(8.06±1.39)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.45%低于对照组的32.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合康复训练治疗老年脑梗死临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者神经功能,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of ozagrel sodium combined with rehabilitation training in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were divided into research group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ozagrel sodium for injection,and the research group carried out rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,neurological function improvement,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.77% in the research group was higher than 74.19% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the NIHSS score(4.83±1.02)points of the research group was lower than(8.06±1.39)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.45% in the research group was lower than 32.26% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of ozagrel sodium and rehabilitation training can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve the neurological function of patients,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
