摘 要:以动态秤称重结构为对象,研究钢球-碗状结构的晃动特性以及晃动对称重数据波动影响的机理。针对称重结构,分析其受外部冲击时的稳定性,可知钢球-碗状结构的晃动一方面引起传感器受力点位置偏移;另一方面晃动的垂直方向加速度变化造成传感器受力改变,从而影响称重数据。通过建立动力学模型进行数值计算,并对比计算机运动仿真结果,发现称重结构晃动频率与钢球-碗状结构半径差呈负相关,并且称重结构垂直方向加速度变化频率以及其造成的称重数据波动频率都是晃动频率的两倍,研究结果可为动态秤的振动控制和滤波算法提供思路和依据。Taking the weighing structure of the dynamic scale as the object,the vibration characteristics of steel ball-bowl structure and the mechanism of vibration influence on the weighing data fluctuation are studied.As to the weighing structure,its stability under external impact is analyzed,and it is found that the vibration of the steel ball-bowl structure on the one hand causes the displacement of the force point of the sensor.On the other hand,the change of the acceleration in the vertical direction causes the change of the force on the sensor,as a result of which,weighing data is changed.By establishing the dynamic model for numerical calculation and comparing the computer simulation results,according to the calculation model,the vibration frequency of the weighing structure is negatively correlated with radius difference of the steel ball-bowl structure.The frequency of acceleration changes in the vertical direction and the fluctuation frequency of weighing data are twice that of the vibration frequency.The research results provide the thought and basis for the vibration control and filtering algorithm of dynamic scales.
