腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术(laparoscopy gastrectomy,LG)患者接受围术期综合护理的临床价值。方法患者诊治时间为2018年7月-2020年9月,共计LG患者68例。以随机法为基准,A组计入例数35例,予以围术期综合护理;B组计入例数33例,予以常规护理。对比护理整体效果。结果术后,A组的肛门排气恢复天数、首次下床活动天数、住院天数、进流食时间、胃管留置天数等相比于B组更短;术后不同时间点,A组的疼痛评分较比于B组后更低;A组的并发症发生率总计为5.71%,B组总计为24.24%,以上数据对比后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的护理满意度为97.14%,B组为75.76%,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为LG患者实行围术期综合护理可以保证手术疗效,加快术后康复,且能缓解术后痛感,尽量减少严重并发症。Objective To analyze the clinical value of perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopy gastrectomy(LG)assisted by laparoscopy.Methods The diagnosis and treatment period of patients was between July 2018 and September 2020,with a total of 68 LG patients.Based on the random method,group A was counted as 35 cases and received comprehensive perioperative care;group B was counted as 33 cases and received routine care.Compared the overall effectiveness of care.Results After operation,the time of anal exhaust,first getting out of bed,hospitalization days,fluid feeding,gastric tube indwelling,etc.in group A was shorter than that of group B;at different postoperative time points,the pain score of group A was higher than that of group B,the complication rate in group A was 5.71%in total,and in group B was 24.24%in total,the difference was statisticallt significant(P<0.05) after comparing the above data.The nursing satisfaction rate of group A was 97.14%and that of group B was 75.76%.There was a significant difference in data comparison between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing perioperative comprehensive care for LG patients can ensure the efficacy of surgery,speed up postoperative recovery,relieve postoperative pain and minimize serious complications.
