摘  要:农业农村用工难问题日益突出,水稻移栽机械化成为发展趋势。毯状秧机插、钵苗机械摆栽和半钵苗机插秧是我国常见的3种机插模式,其中钵苗机械摆栽方式有利于壮苗形成,可以提高抗倒伏能力,增加有效穗数,最终形成高产,但使用成本较高不利于大面积推广;毯状秧机插和半钵苗机插方式对水稻生长发育产生不利影响,增加田间管理难度,但其高效和低成本成为实际生产中使用面积最广的机插方式。因此,建议对钵苗机械摆栽方式机械进一步改良提升,降低生产成本,提高工作效率,更好的服务农业生产。The problems of agricultural and rural labor had become increasingly prominent, and the mechanization of rice transplantation had become a development trend. Mat seedling with mechanized transplanting, pot seedling mechanized transplanting and semi-pot mechanized transplanting were three common mechanized transplanting modes in China. Among them,pot mechanized transplanting was beneficial to the formation of strong seedlings, could improve lodging resistance, increase the number of effective panicles,and finally form high yield, but due to the high use cost, which was not conducive to large-scale popularization. Mat seedling mechanized transplanting and semi-pot mechanized transplanting had adverse effects on the growth and development of rice and increased the difficulty of field management,but their high efficiency and low-cost had become the most widely used mechanized transplanting methods in practical production. Therefore, it was suggested to further improve the mechanical way of pot seedling placement,reducing production costs,improving work efficiency,and better serve agricultural production.
