摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同谷物淀粉对断奶马驹盲肠菌群多样性的影响,为研究不同谷物淀粉调控肠道菌群的生物学作用提供理论依据。选取18匹5月龄断奶哈萨克马驹,按照平均体重[(112.36±7.50)kg]相近的原则随机分为3组,每组6匹。在相同的粗饲料条件下,以谷物淀粉摄入量相同为原则,按照每头马驹每千克体重补喂谷物淀粉2 g(干物质基础),试验Ⅰ组补喂含有蒸汽压片玉米的精料补充料,试验Ⅱ组补喂含有蒸汽压片燕麦的精料补充料,试验Ⅲ组补喂含有蒸汽压片大麦的精料补充料。试验期60 d。结果表明:1)各组之间断奶马驹盲肠菌群alpha多样性指数均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)试验Ⅲ组拟杆菌门相对丰度极显著高于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组厚壁菌门相对丰度极显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组放线菌门相对丰度极显著高于试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组蓝藻菌门相对丰度显著高于试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。3)试验Ⅱ组乳杆菌科相对丰度极显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组普雷沃氏菌科相对丰度显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组毛螺旋菌科相对丰度显著高于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组链球菌科相对丰度极显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.01)。4)试验Ⅱ组乳酸杆菌属相对丰度极显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组链球菌属相对丰度显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组八叠球菌属相对丰度显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组拟普雷沃菌属相对丰度极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组乳球菌属相对丰度极显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.01)。5)LEfSe分析表明试验Ⅱ组有显著性的物种有6种,试验Ⅲ组有显著性的物种有3种。FAPROTAX功能预测出35种功能。由此可见,在本试验条件下,给断奶马驹补喂大麦能提高盲肠拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门相对丰度,降低放线菌门、蓝藻菌门相对丰�The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different cereal starches on cecal microflora diversity of weaned foals,and to provide a theoretical basis for studying the biological effects of different cereal starches in regulating the intestinal microflora.Eighteen 5-month-old weaned Kazakh foals were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the principle of similar average body weight[(112.36±7.50)kg],each group had 6 horses.Under the same roughage conditions,with the same grain starch intake as the principle,each foal supplemented with 2 g(dry matter basis)cereal starch per kilogram of body weight,trial groupⅠwas supplemented with the concentrate supplement which contained the steam pressed corn,trial groupⅡwas supplemented with the concentrate supplement which contained the steam pressed oats,and trial groupⅢwas supplemented with the concentrate supplement which contained the steam pressed barley.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences on the cecal microflora alpha diversity indexes of weaned foals among all groups(P>0.05).2)The Bacteroidetes relative abundance of trial groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of trial groupⅠand trial groupⅡ(P<0.01),the Firmicutes relative abundance of trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of trial groupⅢ(P<0.01),the Actinobacteria relative abundance of trial groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of trial groupⅡand trial groupⅢ(P<0.01),and the Cyanobacteria relative abundance of trial groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of trial groupⅡand trial groupⅢ(P<0.05).3)The Lactobacillaceae relative abundance of trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of trial groupⅢ(P<0.01),the Prevotellaceae relative abundance of trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of trial groupⅠ(P<0.05),the Lachnospiraceae relative abundance of trial groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of trial groupⅠand trial groupⅡ(P<0.05),and the Streptococcaceae rela
