摘 要:针对千米深井易自燃煤层综放工作面沿空巷道围岩应力高、变形量大、漏风严重、瓦斯易超限等难题,分析了巷道变形破坏及瓦斯超限机理;在此基础上,提出高强高预紧力锚杆(索)+W宽钢带的大断面沿空巷道围岩强化支护技术。与原方案相比,该支护方案能够有效提高围岩整体刚度、减小巷道变形量和塑性区发育范围。现场工业性试验表明,采用高强高预紧力锚杆(索)+W宽钢带支护技术,巷道整体变形量小、瓦斯超限现象消失,有效保障了工作面的安全回采。Aiming at the problems such as high surrounding rock stress, large deformation, serious air leakage and gas overrun of gob-side roadway in fully mechanized top-coal caving face with spontaneous combustion in kilometer deep coal mine, the mechanism of roadway deformation and gas overrun is analyzed. On this basis, the strengthening support technology of surrounding rock of large section gob-side roadway with high strength and high pretension stress bolt(cable) + W wide steel belt is proposed. Compared with the original scheme, this support scheme can effectively improve the overall stiffness of surrounding rock, reduce the deformation of roadway and the development range of plastic zone. The field industrial test shows that by using the support technology of high strength and high pretension stress bolt(cable) + W wide steel belt, the overall deformation of roadway is small, and the gas overrun phenomenon disappears, which effectively ensures the safe mining of the coalface.
