摘 要:为了解决常规PID控制过程中控制参数调整依赖人工经验、超调量大等问题,提出了通过人工蜂群(ABC)算法实时调整PID控制参数实现矿用带式输送机的调速控制。在MATLAB中建立带式输送机带速控制模型,通过assignin函数实现集群智能算法与PID参数整定的统一。仿真结果表明:人工蜂群算法优化PID控制对带式输送机带速控制输出性能明显改善,超调量仅为常规PID控制的18%,调节时间减少14 s。In order to solve the problems in the conventional PID control process,such as adjusting the control parameters and large overshot,the speed control of the mining belt conveyor by adjusting the PID control parameters in real time through the Artificial Bee Colony(ABC)algorithm is proposed.The belt speed control model of belt conveyor is established in MATLAB,and the unity of cluster intelligent algorithm and PID parameter tuning is realized through assiginin function.The simulation results show that the output performance of the belt speed control of the belt conveyor is obviously improved by the PID control optimized by artificial bee colony algorithm,the overshoot is only 18%and the adjustment time is reduced by 14 s of that of the conventional PID control.
