摘 要:课堂管理不仅是高校课堂顺利进行教学活动的重要保障,也是高校人才培养的关键性环节,更是促进教育教学不断生长的动力。然而,受长期以来应试教育的影响,我国的高校课堂管理中“无人”现象普遍,传统的“以教师为中心”的课堂将学生视为发挥教师权威的“工具”,学生在课堂的主体性地位不足,其发展的个性、兴趣与需要得不到满足,最终导致各种课堂问题行为的产生。基于人本主义管理理论的高校课堂管理具有科学性、人文性、创新性的特点,其最大的特色就是强调一种“生本性”,有利于师生间、生生间的情感交流,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生自我管理能力,建立和谐的师生关系,且利于对学生进行全面、即时的课堂评价。Classroom management is not only an important guarantee for the smooth classroom teaching activities in colleges and universities,but also a key link in the training of talents.And it is also the driving force to promote the continuous growth of education and teaching.However,due to the influence of exam-oriented education for a long time,the phenomenon of“no one”in college classroom management is common in China.The traditional“teacher-centered”classroom regards students as a“tool”of teachers’authority.Students’subjective status in the classroom is insufficient,and their personality,interests and needs are not met,which eventually lead to various classroom problematic behaviors.The university classroom management based on humanistic management theory has the characteristics of science,humanity and innovation.“Students as root”is conducive to promoting the emotional communication between teachers and students,stimulating learning interest,improving students’selfmanagement ability,establishing harmonious teacher-student relationship and conducting comprehensive and timely classroom evaluation on students.
