摘　　要：伴随国家多措并举扩大高职教育规模的步伐,高职院校出现生源结构趋于多样性、复杂性,生源总量增加,导致高职院校中班级结构复杂化,给辅导员管理班级带来一定的挑战。因此,三位一线专职辅导员根据文献资料法、调查研究法和经验总结法等多种研究方法,结合自己的工作经验,以三种不同的方法,实践班干部队伍的选拔、培养和使用。从班级获奖情况、学生干部德育成绩、班级积分量化考核、教师评价、学生干部的组织能力和班级学生的喜爱程度等多个角度综合考评,最终得出研究结果,以供参考。Along with China’s multi-measures to expand the scale of higher vocational education,the student structure in higher vocational colleges tends to be diverse and complex,and the total number of students increases,which leads to the complexity of the class structure in higher vocational colleges and brings some challenges for counselors to manage the class.Therefore,according to various research methods such as literature research method,investigation research method and experience summary method,and combined with their own work experience,the counselors have realized the selection,training and use of class cadres by three different methods.By way of the class awards,the student cadre’s moral education results,the class integral quantitative assessment,teachers’evaluation,the student cadres’organizational ability and the comprehensive evaluation,research results are obtained for reference.
