摘 要:可溶性N-乙基马来酰亚胺敏感性因子附着蛋白受体(soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptors,SNAREs)是一组高度保守的膜相关蛋白,参与突触神经末梢的物质运输、膜融合和囊泡释放。近年研究表明,SNARE可以通过多种信号和转运途径参与肿瘤发生、发展等过程,包括细胞周期、自噬、凋亡、侵袭性伪足的形成、自分泌及旁分泌因子的运输、以及肿瘤免疫和化疗耐药等。敲除或过表达特定SNARE蛋白会导致细胞功能异常进而影响肿瘤的发生和发展。文章就SNARE蛋白的结构功能以及在肿瘤研究中的进展进行了综述。Soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptors(SNAREs)are a group of highly conserved membrane-associated proteins,which are involved in the material transport of synaptic nerve terminals,membrane fusion and vesicle release.Recent studies have shown that SNARE can participate in tumorigenesis and development through a variety of signaling and transport pathways,including cell cycle,autophagy,apoptosis,the formation of aggressive pseudopodia,the transport of autocrine and paracrine factors,tumor immunity and chemotherapy resistance.Knockout or overexpression of specific SNARE proteins can cause cell dysfunction,affect the occurrence and development of tumors.This article reviews the structure and function of SNARE protein and its progress in tumor research.
