抑郁障碍患者家庭功能的跨文化研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中国和美国抑郁障碍患者的家庭功能特征。方法:采用家庭功能量表(FAD)对92例中国抑郁障碍患者(中国组)及92例美国抑郁障碍患者(美国组)进行评估及比较。结果:两组FAD各维度均分均高于健康的家庭功能临界值,为不健康的家庭功能。中国组FAD中的情感反应维度评分及行为控制维度评分明显高于美国组;中国男性组情感反应维度评分及行为控制维度评分明显高于美国男性组(P均<0.01)。中国女性组行为控制维度评分明显高于美国女性组(P<0.01)。组内不同性别患者间FAD各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:不同文化背景下美国和中国的抑郁障碍患者都感受到不健康的家庭功能,中国抑郁障碍患者感受到情感反应及行为控制方面更为不健康的家庭功能。Objective:To explore the characteristics of family function in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD)from China and America.Method:92 MDD patients from China(Chinese group)and 92 MDD patients from America(American group)were assessed and compared with Family Assessment Device(FAD).Results:The average scores of all dimensions of FAD in both groups were higher than the critical values of healthy family function,indicating that they had unhealthy family function.The scores of dimensions of emotional response and behavior control in FAD in the Chinese group were significantly higher than those of the American group.In the male patients,the scores of affective response dimension and behavioral control dimension in the Chinese group were significantly higher than those in the American group(all P<0.01).In the female patients,the score of behavior control dimension in the Chinese group was significantly higher than that in the American group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the all dimension scores of FAD among patients of different genders within the group(all P>0.05).Conclusion:MDD patients in America and China feel unhealthy family function.Chinese MDD patients experience more unhealthy family functions in emotional response and behavioral control.
