摘　　要：PIWI蛋白相互作用RNA(PIWI-interacting RNA,piRNA)是一类长度为24~31个核苷酸的小RNA,通过与PIWI蛋白结合改变肿瘤表观遗传学特征、调控转录后mRNA水平及蛋白质稳定性,参与恶性肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、转移等发生发展过程;有望成为恶性肿瘤早期诊断及预测预后的生物标志物和新型治疗靶点。子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌和宫颈癌作为妇科三大恶性肿瘤,早期诊断尤为关键,其复发、转移也仍是目前一大难题。本文主要就PIWI/piRNA的生物学特性、表观遗传沉默的相关机制及其在妇科恶性肿瘤中的最新研究进展进行综述。PIWI-interacting RNA(piRNA)is a small RNA with a length of 24 to 31 nucleotides,which changes the epigenetic characteristics of tumors,regulates post-transcriptional mRNA levels and protein stability by binding with PIWI protein,and participates in the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors.It is expected to become a biomarker and new therapeutic target for early diagnosis and predict prognosis of malignant tumors.Endometrial cancer,ovarian cancer and cervical cancer are the most common gynecological malignant tumors.Early diagnosis of the three tumors is particularly critical,and the recurrence and metastasis are still a major problem.This paper mainly reviews the biological characteristics of PIWI/piRNA,the related mechanisms of epigenetic silencing in gynecological malignant tumors,and the recent research advances.
