“夹缝生存”:“双一流”建设高校二级学院院长的权责困境与生成逻辑

摘　　要：大学二级学院院长是参与高校学院治理的核心主体,模型化的计量研究与抽象化的逻辑思辨脱离了学院学术治理的组织场域,因而难以深刻阐释院长权责实践的真实图景。为此,研究通过Nvivo12质性分析软件多阶段编码22位"双一流"建设高校二级学院院长的深度访谈调查文本,发现院长权责实践过程置于"自我""对上""对下""内部"的"夹缝生存"困境中,即行政与学术难兼顾、权责不对等、直接面对双重矛盾、党政合作机制模糊。"双肩挑"集聚双重压力、权力上移与矛盾"悬置"、共同负责运行机制失真则共同阐释院长权责困境的生成逻辑。The dean of the secondary college of a university is the leading role of college governance. It is difficult to deeply explain the real picture of the realization of power and responsibilities of the dean only by modeling econometric research and abstract logical speculation since they are out of the organizational field of college academic governance. Through the interview and investigation text of 22 deans of secondary colleges in "double first-class" universities, which are coded by Nvivo12 qualitative analysis software in multiple stages, this paper explores the dean’s power and responsibility dilemmas in the complex network structure: difficulty in balancing administration and academics, unequal power and responsibilities, directly facing double contradictions, and the fuzzy party-government cooperation mechanism. Double pressure gathered from "Double Shoulder", the upward shift of power and contradiction "suspension", and the "distortion" of the operation mechanism of shared responsibility jointly explain the generation logic of college deans’ power and responsibility dilemmas.
