种植体支抗压低过长后牙在老年对颌牙缺失患者种植修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨种植体支抗压低过长后牙在老年对颌牙缺失患者种植修复中的应用。方法随机选择2017年1月至2020年1月在本院口腔科使用种植体支抗压低过长后牙的患者60例60颗牙,所有患者均使用种植体支抗压低过长的后牙,观察正畸矫治后的效果、压低伸长牙的压低量以及根尖吸收情况。结果60颗后牙的正畸压低效果均较好,有49例患者完成了种植修复,其中有2名患者还未结束正畸压低,有5枚种植体支抗在后牙的压入移动完成之前发生松动脱落。治疗前伸长磨牙到腭平面的垂直距离是(27.53±1.77)mm,治疗后的垂直距离是(25.17±1.36)mm,平均压低伸长磨牙为(2.16±0.19)mm,治疗后变化较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后的牙齿冠根相比,差异较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用种植体支抗压低过长后牙对老年对颌牙缺失患者的种植修复效果较好,可显著压低过长后牙,根尖无明显的吸收,在临床上可广泛使用。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the application of implant anchorage in lowering long posterior teeth for implant restoration for elderly patients with tooth loss.Methods A total 60 teeth of 60 patients who had received treatment of lowing long posterior teeth by implant anchorage were selected from Department of stomatology in our hospital from January 2017-January 2020.The effect of orthodontic treatment,the reduction of long teeth and the apical resorption were observed.Results Among the 60 patients,the effect of orthodontic treatment on lowering long posterior teeth of 60 posterior teeth was good,and 49 patients completed implant restoration,of which 2 patients had not finished orthodontic treatment,and 5 implant anchorage loosened and fell off before the completion of the pressing movement of the posterior teeth.The vertical distance of the elongated molars to the palatal plane before treatment was(27.53±1.77)mm,the vertical distance after treatment was(25.17±1.36)mm and the average reduction value of elongation molar was(2.16±0.19)mm,and the difference was significant between before and after treatment(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the crown and root of the teeth(P>0.05).Conclusion The implant anchorages have good effects on the elderly patients with missing teeth,which can significantly lower the overlong posterior teeth and have no obvious effects on absorption of the root apex,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
