高等学历继续教育实行弹性学分制:问题与对策

摘　　要：教育的信息化冲击着高等学历继续教育,给继续教育带来了极大的挑战。高等学历继续教育需要与时俱进,进行教育教学管理方式的改革,才能适应社会的发展需要。高等学历继续教育实行弹性学分制就是对当今信息化对继续教育冲击的一种积极回应。相对于学年学分制,弹性学分制在高等学历继续教育的试行中存在着学分银行建设相对滞后、网络课程资源供给动力不足、学分学费收取难以确定、学分认定和转换机制建设尚未完善等相关问题,为了能使弹性学分制落地生根,需要建立学分银行、丰富网络课程资源、制定学费标准、建立学分认定和转换机制。The informatization of education has profoundly affected continuing high education.Continuing high education must advance with the times,change its supervisor modes to meet the new social demands.flexible credit systems in continuing high education for qualifications could meet the demands.Although flexible credit systems have many advantages,some problems concerning the flexible credit systems still exist,such as the school credit banks have not been constructed,there exist shortages of network curriculum resources,the tuition fee has not been decided,and the identification and convert of school credits have not been established.Much progress would be made if some problems could be solved in continuing high education for qualifications.
