摘　　要：气候性致病因素是中医病因学的重要内容,现代中医学将之统称为"六淫"。但"六淫"的概念源于五运六气,内涵丰富,实为病机学概念而非病因,并不能等同于气候性因素。《黄帝内经》对气候性病因认识明确,形成的是以寒、暑为核心,易伤五脏;以湿为居处环境因素,易伤肢体筋脉的病因观。这一认识,对于外感性疾病的辨证治疗具有执简御繁的作用。回归经典,厘清气候性病因的类别与各自的致病特性,纠正现代中医学认知的偏差,对现代中医病因学理论的完善和外感疾病的辨治皆具有重要意义。The climatic pathogenic factor,referred to as six climatic exopathogens in today′s TCM,is an important content in the etiology of TCM.However,as comes from five movements and six climates,six climatic exopathogens is actually a concept of pathology rather than etiology,and it is not equal to climatic pathogenic factors.Huangdi Neijing actually offers a clear understanding of the climatic pathogenic factors,regarding cold and heat as the core climatic factors easy to hurt five internal organs and dampness as environmental pathogenic factor easy to hurt limbs,tendons and vessels.It plays an important role concisely in the differentiation and treatment of exopathogenic diseases.It is important for the improvement of modern etiology theory in TCM and the differentiation and treatment of exopathogenic disease to return to classic to clarify the categories of climatic factors and their pathogenic characteristics respectively and correct the biases from modern TCM cognition.
