摘 要:本文针对锂电池的发热问题,依据能量守恒定律,通过对电池在放电过程中电压、容量等数据的采集和计算,建立了锂电池发热功率的计算方法,并通过等温量热仪对锂电池放热进行了试验验证。此计算方法只需测试锂电池单体的电性能参数即可计算其发热功率,无需引入热测试系统,是一种简单快速有效的锂电池发热评估方法。试验结果表明,计算结果与试验结果十分接近。In this paper,the heating problem of the lithium-ion battery is discussed according to the law of energy conservation using data acquisition of parameters such as voltage and capacity etc.and their calculations.Firstly,the calculation method of the heating power,in which only the electrical performances of a lithium-ion cell are needed to be measured,is established.Then,the verification tests for the heating of lithium-ion battery based on isothermal calorimeter is introduced.It is observed that the test results are very approximate to the calculated ones.
