摘　　要：针刺与康复疗法作为治疗脑卒中偏瘫后上肢功能障碍的治疗方法,临床应用及相关研究机理表明,针刺与康复疗法效果显著。而肌肉能量技术(MET)与等速技术作为一种新兴的康复训练技术,对卒中后上肢功能障碍具有较好的疗效。通过阅读研究相关文献,运用该种治疗方法治疗脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的临床疗效观察研究居多。脑卒中后遗症是一个复杂的综合征,以运动障碍为例,上肢的运动障碍往往重于下肢,恢复的过程相对较长。上肢相较于下肢承担更多精细动作的完成,对患者的日常生活会造成更大的影响,严重影响患者的生活质量以及心理状态。近年来对脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的研究机理及治疗方案有较多的报道,在此将针刺、MET与等速技术的相关研究加以阐述。Acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy as a treatment method for upper limb dysfunction after cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia,clinical application and related research mechanism show that acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy has remarkable effect.Muscle energy technique(MET)and isokinetic technique,as a new rehabilitation training technique,have a good effect on upper limb dysfunction after stroke.Through reading relevant research literature,most of the clinical efficacy observation studies on the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke by this treatment method were conducted.Sequelae of stroke is a complex syndrome.Take dyskinesia as an example,dyskinesia in the upper limb is often more serious than that in the lower limb,and the recovery process is relatively long.Compared with the lower limbs,the upper limbs undertake more delicate movements,which has a greater impact on the daily life of patients and seriously affects the quality of life and mental state of patients.In recent years,there have been many reports on the research mechanism and treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke,here,the relevant studies on acupuncture,MET and isokinetic techniques are described.
