摘　　要：目的:讨论研究红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者预后判断中的临床意义。方法:回顾性选择60例DLBCL患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用R-CHOP方案进行治疗,观察治疗后临床效果,治疗前后RDW、NLR、PLR水平。结果:治疗后RDW、NLR、PLR水平均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完全缓解者RDW、NLR、PLR水平显著低于部分缓解/疾病稳定者、疾病进展者,部分缓解/疾病稳定者RDW、NLR、PLR水平显著低于疾病进展者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于DLBCL患者,RDW、NLR、PLR是一组简单可行的预后指标,在临床中具有重要的研究意义。Objective To discuss the clinical significance of red blood cell distribution width(RDW),neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),and platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in the prognosis of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Method A retrospective selection of 60 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma admitted to our hospital was selected as the research object.All patients were treated with the R-CHOP regimen.The clinical effect after treatment and the levels of RDW,NLR and PLR before and after treatment were observed.Results Among them,complete remission after treatment,some Remission/stable disease and disease progression were 21,22,and 17 cases respectively.The levels of RDW,NLR and PLR after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of RDW,NLR,and PLR in the complete remission were significantly lower than those in the partial remission/stable disease and the disease progression.The levels of RDW,NLR,and PLR in the partial remission/stable disease were significantly lower than those in the disease progression.The difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For DLBCL patients,RDW,NLR,and PLR are a set of simple and feasible prognostic indicators,which have important research significance in clinical.
