糖皮质激素滴眼液治疗流行性角膜结膜炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察糖皮质激素滴眼液对流行性角膜结膜炎(EKC)患者的治疗效果。方法86例EKC患者,用正反面抛掷硬币法随机分为对照组及观察组,每组43例。对照组给予更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗,观察组给予更昔洛韦滴眼液+氟米龙滴眼液治疗。对比两组治疗效果、眼压异常情况、治疗前后的临床症状评分。结果观察组伪膜治疗有效率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的74.42%(32/43),观察组角膜上皮下浸润治疗有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的76.74%(33/43),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组眼压异常发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组流泪、痒痛、畏光、异物感评分分别为(0.22±0.34)、(0.21±0.11)、(0.24±0.19)、(0.41±0.32)分均低于对照组的(0.49±0.33)、(0.55±0.23)、(0.46±0.33)、(0.87±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对EKC患者应用糖皮质激素滴眼液进行治疗可明显改善其伪膜等临床症状,但有一定几率出现眼压异常,需要特别关注。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid eye drops in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis(EKC).Methods A total of 86 EKC patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by coin tossing method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ganciclovir eye drops,and the observation group was treated with ganciclovir eye drops and fluorometholone eye drops.The therapeutic effect,abnormal intraocular pressure,and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of pseudomembrane treatment in the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 74.42%(32/43)in the control group;the effective rate of subepithelial infiltration treatment in the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 76.74%(33/43)in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of abnormal intraocular pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of tearing,itching,photophobia,and foreign body sensation in the observation group were(0.22±0.34),(0.21±0.11),(0.24±0.19),and(0.41±0.32)points,which were lower than(0.49±0.33),(0.55±0.23),(0.46±0.33),and(0.87±0.55)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid eye drops can significantly improve the pseudomembrane and other clinical symptoms of EKC patients,but there is a certain probability of abnormal intraocular pressure,which needs special attention.
