中西医结合治疗胃癌手术后胃瘫的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗胃癌手术后胃瘫的临床效果。方法70例胃癌手术后胃瘫患者,按照治疗方法不同分为实验组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用中医治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率及治疗时间。结果实验组总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗时间为(8.55±2.36)d,对照组患者治疗时间为(15.69±2.69)d;实验组患者治疗时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌手术后胃瘫患者开展中西医结合治疗效果显著,且治疗安全性较高,治疗时间较短,可推广到临床。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on gastroparesis after gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastroparesis after gastric cancer surgery were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,complication rate and treatment time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 2.86%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment time in the experimental group was(8.55±2.36)d,and the treatment time in the control group was(15.69±2.69)d;the treatment time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant therapeutic effect on patients with gastroparesis after gastric cancer surgery,with high treatment safety and short treatment time,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
