摘 要:为了解三峡库区水体中微塑料污染现状,于2019年12月对三峡库区重庆段4个城市人口密集区域江段进行表层水体采样,共采集12个水体样品,进行微塑料定性定量分析。结果显示:三峡库区重庆段各水域12个水体样本中微塑料的检出率为50%,主要形状包括颗粒、碎片、薄膜和纤维4类,其中以纤维和碎片为主,丰度范围为20.83~83.33 ind/m^(3),平均丰度为39.35 ind/m^(3)。各采样点水体微塑料的化学组成经拉曼光谱定性分析,微塑料主要化学组成包括聚乙烯(PE)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)等四种,其中PE检出率最高,占比为44.45%。与2018年三峡库区微塑料赋存结果比较,重庆段水体中微塑料丰度有较明显下降,表明三峡水库水体微塑料污染的控制和治理取得初步成效。In order to explore the pollution status of microplastics in the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR),surface water samples were collected from four densely populated areas of Chongqing section in the TGR.Twelve samples were collected for qualitative and quantitative analysis of microplastics.The results showed that main types of the microplastics in the TGR were fibers and fragments.The detection rate was 50%,the relative abundance ranged from 20.83 to 83.33 ind/m^(3),and the average abundance was 39.35 ind/m^(3).The main chemical components of microplastics included polyethylene(PE),polypropylene(PP),polyethylene terephthalate(PET),propylene ethylene butene copolymer(PBE),among which the detection rate of PE was the highest,accounting for 44.45%.The results indicated that the abundance of microplastics in the TGR decreased significantly,and the treatment for microplastics pollution in the TGR had achieved preliminary results.
