口腔正畸运用微型种植体支抗治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月本院收治的96例口腔正畸治疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。常规组采用非种植体支抗治疗,研究组采用微型种植体支抗治疗。比较两组治疗依从性、正畸治疗效果、口腔健康评分及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗依从性高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组治疗模型覆盖、覆合、第一磨牙间宽度、尖牙间宽度、上下中切牙角、上下齿槽座角等改善幅度均优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组口腔健康评分高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗治疗安全性高、疗效理想,可显著提高患者治疗依从性以及口腔健康,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods 96 orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with non-implant anchorage, while the study group was treated with micro-implant anchorage. The treatment compliance, orthodontic treatment effect, oral health score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The improvement of coverage, overlap, width between first molars, width between canines, angle of upper and lower central incisors and angle of upper and lower alveolar seat in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). The oral health score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage therapy is safe and effective, which can significantly improve patient compliance and oral health, patient satisfaction is high, it is worthy of clinical application.
