初戴隐形矫治器、Damon Q自锁托槽与直丝弓托槽对成人正畸疼痛及龈沟液内炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的对比初戴隐形矫治器、Damon Q自锁托槽与直丝弓托槽对成人正畸疼痛及龈沟液内炎性因子的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月本院收治的120例接受正畸治疗的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为3组,各40例。A组佩戴隐形矫治器,B组佩戴Damon Q自锁托槽,C组佩戴直丝弓托槽,比较3组疼痛程度、龈沟液内炎性因子水平。结果正畸后2 h、8 h、24 h、3 d、5 d、7 d,3组VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义。正畸前,3组IL-1β、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义;正畸结束时,3组IL-1β、TNF-α水平均高于组内正畸前(P<0.05),且3组组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初戴隐形矫治器、Damon Q自锁托槽、直丝弓托槽用于成人正畸中疼痛程度均较轻,隐形矫治器对龈沟液内炎性水平有更好控制作用,Damon Q自锁托槽次之。Objective To compare the effects of invisible appliance, Damon Q self-locking bracket and straight wire bracket on orthodontic pain and inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) in adults. Methods 120 orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and they were divided into three groups according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Group A wore invisible appliance, group B wore Damon Q self-locking bracket, and group C wore straight wire bracket. Results There was no significant difference in VAS score at 2 h, 8 h, 24 h, 3 d, 5 d and 7 d after orthodontic treatment among three groups. Before orthodontic treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-1 β and TNF-α among three groups;at the end of orthodontics, the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the three groups were higher than those before orthodontic treatment(P<0.05), and there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The pain degree of orthodontic treatment in adults with invisible appliance, Damon Q self-locking bracket and straight wire bracket were less severe. Invisible appliance has better control effect on inflammatory level of gingival crevicular fluid, followed by Damon Q selflocking bracket.
