基于常规矫正与微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸临床的安全性与有效性比较分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在口腔正畸治疗时使用常规矫正与微型种植体支抗的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1—12月本院收治的52例口腔正畸患者,随机分为两组,各26例。对照组采用常规矫正,研究组采用微型种植体支抗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、临床指标、治疗时间、成功率及患者满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,临床指标优于对照组,成功率高于对照组,治疗时间短于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔正畸治疗时使用微型种植体支抗,磨牙位移较小,临床指标恢复,成功率较高,且治疗时间较短,临床治疗效果显著,且不良反应少,更为安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of conventional correction and micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods 52 patients with orthodontics treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 26 cases in each group. Conventional correction was used in the control group and micro implant anchorage was used in the study group. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions, clinical indexes, treatment time, success rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, the clinical indexes were better than that of the control group, the success rate was higher than that of the control group, the treatment time was shorter than that of the control group, and the patients’ satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment has the advantages of small molar displacement, recovery of clinical indexes, high success rate, short treatment time, significant clinical treatment effect, less adverse reactions,more safe and reliable. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
