基于QCA方法的平台企业社会责任缺失的影响因素分析

摘　　要：为了探究平台企业社会责任缺失的影响因素,选取了20个典型平台企业公共事件案例为研究对象,应用清晰集定性比较分析得到前因要素构型,厘清形成机理的六种微观路径。根据布尔代数算法逻辑分析,结果发现:员工道德水平低下、内部活动控制力较弱、平台责任评价标准不明晰、外部监督不足是导致平台社会责任缺失的关键影响因素。为此,平台企业应提高员工道德认同水平、完善企业内部管理控制制度、明确多方主体责任评价标准、健全外部监督网络。In order to explore the influencing factors of the lack of social responsibility of platform enterprises,selecting 20 typical public event cases of platform enterprises as the research objects,this paper obtained the antecedent factor configuration by qualitative comparative analysis of clear sets,and clarified six micro paths of formation mechanism.According to the logic of Boolean algebra algorithm,results showed that the key influencing factors of the lack of platform social responsibility were low moral level of employees,weak control of internal activities,unclear evaluation criteria of platform responsibility and insufficient external supervision.Therefore,platform enterprises should improve the level of employees"moral identity,improve the internal management control system,clarify the evaluation criteria of multi-subject responsibility,and improve the external supervision network.
