摘 要:高速磁浮列车悬浮电磁铁采用轻量化总体结构方案,狭长的铝合金箱体作为主体承载结构,悬浮时会发生较大挠曲变形,中间位置磁极位移大于两端磁极,磁极装配平面成拱形,影响传感器对悬浮气隙的测定。文章分析了电磁铁悬浮时的变形量,并设计磁极装配预凹方案,即中间磁极装配位置最低,相邻磁极装配位置依次升高,端部磁极装配位置最高。通过对悬浮电磁铁的挠曲变形进行位移补偿,使磁极装配面处于相同高度的位置,并通过吸力-挠度试验验证了设计方案满足设计要求。The maglev electromagnet for high speed maglev train adopts a lightweight overall structure scheme, and the long and narrow aluminum alloy box is used as the main bearing structure. Large deflection deformation will occur during levitation. The magnetic pole displacement at the middle position is greater than that at both ends, and the magnetic pole assembly plane is arched, which affects the measurement of the suspension air gap by the sensor. This paper analyzes the deformation of the electromagnet during suspension, and designs the pre concave scheme of magnetic pole assembly. In the scheme, the middle magnetic pole assembly position is the lowest, the adjacent magnetic pole assembly position rises in turn, and the end magnetic pole is the highest.The displacement compensation is carried out for the deflection deformation of the maglev electromagnet, so as to achieve the position that the magnetic pole assembly surface is at the same height. Finally, the design scheme is verified to meet the design requirements by attractive force-deflection test.
