渐开线花键滚前径的算法研究

摘　　要：通过研究渐开线花键滚前径的计算原理,详细推导了基于展成法和微积分面积法计算渐开线花键滚前径的计算过程,对两种计算方法进行了详细的分析研究并提出具体的改进意见。根据理论公式计算得出的渐开线花键滚前径的毛坯材料,在后续渐开线花键的加工中可以获得更加精确的成品零件,也为后续渐开线花键加工的滚轧轮设计提供可靠的理论计算依据。Through the research on the calculation principle of the diameter before the rolling of involute spline,this paper deduces the calculation process of the involute spline diameter before rolling based on the generating method and the area method of calculus.This paper conducts a comparative analysis of the two methods and puts forward specific suggestions for improvement.According to the theoretical formula,the diameter of involute spline before rolling can obtain more accurate finished parts and provide reliable theoretical calculation basis for the design of rolling wheel.
