摘　　要："双循环"新发展格局下,以核心企业为主体实施国内供应商开发战略,对于我国解决企业核心技术对外依存度高和关键核心技术"卡脖子"问题、持续提升国家竞争力和全球高端资源的汇聚能力至关重要。为探究当前经济环境下我国核心企业进行国内供应商开发的微观决策互动机制与宏观演化现象,基于复杂网络演化博弈方法,在构建以核心企业为主体的无标度网络上,建立核心企业间开发决策的博弈模型,通过仿真实验探究市场机制下网络平均度与核心企业进行国内供应商开发的关系,并对供应商开发阻力及政府投入补贴对国内供应商开发的影响进行分析。研究为促进国内大循环,强化供应链核心企业责任,加快国内供应商开发提供了一定的理论依据和解决思路。Under the new development pattern of dual circulation,taking core enterprises as the main body to implement domestic supplier development strategy is very crucial for China to solve the problem of high external dependence of core technology and key core technologies being choked and continuously improve national competitiveness and the convergence ability of global high-end resources. In order to explore the micro-decision-making interaction mechanism and macro-evolution phenomenon of domestic supplier development of core enterprises under the current economic environment,a game model of development decision-making among core enterprises,based on the complex network evolutionary game method,is established on the scale-free network with core enterprises as the main body. The simulation experiment explores the relationship between network average degree and domestic supplier development of core enterprises under market mechanism,and analyzes the influence of development resistance from suppliers and subsidies from government. The research provides a theoretical basis and solutions for promoting the domestic great circulation,strengthening the responsibility of core enterprises in supply chain and accelerating the domestic suppliers development.
