摘　　要：运输是物流系统的主要功能要素之一,运输管理人才培养水平直接影响物流人才素质。物流管理"1+X"证书试点,推动了物流管理专业职业教育与企业岗位需求对接。以运输管理项目为切入点,分析高职院校课程教学,寻找运输管理课程课证融通中存在的问题,提出运输管理课程改革思路,以促进运输岗位职业能力提升。Transportation is one of the main functional elements of the logistics system,and the training level of transportation management talents directly affects the quality of logistics talents. The"1 + X"certificate pilot program of logistics management major promotes the docking of logistics management professional vocational education with the needs of corporates’ positions. Taking the transportation management project as the starting point,the course teaching of higher vocational colleges is analyzed,problems in the integration of course and certificate of transportation management courses are looked for,and ideas for reforming transportation management courses are proposed to promote the improvement of the professional ability of transportation positions.
