摘  要:为积极推进和深化高职院校和企业产教融合,构建现代高等职业教育体系,培养学生成为高素质技能型人才,本文基于协同的基本理论原理,分析高职教育和企业在实施产教融合过程中存在的一些问题,梳理了产教融合过程中的内部和外部因素,构建政府、行业协会、高职教育和企业在产教融合的内部和外部协同融合机制,以此形成优势互补,最终使学校、政府、企业三方协同共赢,从而推动产教融合的可持续发展。In order to actively promote and deepen the integration of industry and education between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,build a modern higher vocational education system and cultivate students to become high-quality skilled talents,based on the basic principle of Synergy Theory,this paper combs the internal and external factors in the process of industry education integration,and constructs the internal and external collaborative integration mechanism of government,industry associations,higher vocational education and enterprises in industry education integration,so as to form complementary advantages,and finally make schools,government and enterprises cooperate and win-win,so as to promote the sustainable development of industry education integration.
