摘  要:逆向工程是一种实用、快捷、高效的先进制造技术,主要是消化已有的先进技术以最短的时间创新运用到现代产品设计当中,近年来其在智能制造领域的应用价值尤为突出。为了培养应用型创新人才,许多院校开始把逆向工程技术增加到工科专业实践教学中去。作者结合所属学院课程建设的自身特点,介绍了逆向工程实践课程,课程包括点云数据采集、逆向建模、创新优化、加工制造等,从课程安排、教学实施及成绩评价等方面进行了探讨。Reverse Engineering is a practical,fast and efficient advanced manufacturing technology,which mainly digests the existing advanced technology to innovate the application of modern product design in the shortest time.In recent years,its application value in the field of intelligent manufacturing is particularly prominent.In order to cultivate applied innovative talents,many colleges and universities began to add Reverse Engineering technology to the practical teaching of engineering majors.Combined with the characteristics of the course construction of the college,the author introduces the reverse engineering practice course,which includes point cloud data acquisition,reverse modeling,innovation optimization,processing and manufacturing,and discusses the course arrangement,teaching implementation and performance evaluation.
