摘　　要：本文采取调研的方法,通过对企业、毕业生和在校生开展问卷调查,查阅相关权威资料,发现水产行业人才十分紧缺,因此,在教学过程中应深化水产养殖技术专业校企结合的专业人才培养模式改革,探索适合本专业本层次培养的基于工作过程系统化的专业课程体系,增强学生的专业知识能力和岗位核心能力,培养学生的职业素养,提升水产养殖技术专业人才培养品质,以此满足企业的用人需求,促进水产行业的高速发展。This paper adopts the method of investigation,conducting a questionnaire survey on enterprises,graduates and students at school and consulting relevant authoritative materials,it is found that there is a great shortage of talents in the aquatic industry.Therefore,we should deepen the reform of the professional talent training mode of the combination of schools and enterprises of aquaculture technology in the teaching process,explore a systematic professional curriculum system based on the working process suitable for the training of this major at this level,enhance students'professional knowledge ability and post core ability,cultivate students'professional quality,and improve the training quality of aquaculture technology professionals,so as to meet the employment needs of enterprises and promote the rapid development of aquaculture industry.
