摘 要:本研究旨在研究用陈化大米完全替代玉米对仔猪断奶后1~28 d生长性能、血液生化及游离氨基酸水平的影响。试验将21 d断奶、平均初始体重为(6.32±0.09)kg的480头仔猪随机分为2组,每组8个重复,每个重复30头。两组断奶仔猪在28 d的试验期中分别饲喂玉米和陈化大米为主的日粮。结果:与玉米组相比,陈化大米组仔猪断奶后28 d体重、1~28 d平均日增重、1~14 d和1~28 d饲料报酬分别显著提高2.29%、5.54%、11.25%和6.58%(P<0.05)。陈化大米组断奶仔猪血清胰岛素和葡萄糖浓度较玉米组分别显著提高16.03%和85.71%(P<0.05),但尿素氮浓度显著降低54.51%(P<0.05)。与玉米组相比,陈化大米组断奶仔猪血液缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、色氨酸和甘氨酸浓度分别显著提高34.94%、38.51%、22.49%和25.55%(P<0.05),但苯丙氨酸和组氨酸浓度分别显著降低19.03%和26.30%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验基础上,仔猪断奶后1~28 d用陈化大米完全替代玉米可改善生长后期体增重和饲料报酬,提高血清葡萄糖、胰岛素浓度及血浆支链氨基酸浓度。The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of completely replacing maize with aged rice on growth performance,blood biochemical and free amino acid levels of piglets during 1~28 days after weaning.A total of 480 piglets weaned at 21 days with an average initial body weight of(6.32±0.09)kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 replicates per group and 30 piglets per replicate.The weaned piglets in the two groups were fed corn and aged rice diets throughout the 28 d experiment,respectively.Results:Compared with maize group,28 d body weight,1~28 d average daily gain,1~14 d and 1~28 d feed return of aged rice group were significantly increased by 2.29%,5.54%,11.25%and 6.58%after weaning,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with maize group,serum insulin and glucose concentrations of weaned piglets in aged rice group were significantly increased by 16.03%and 85.71%(P<0.05),but urea nitrogen concentration was significantly decreased by 54.51%(P<0.05).Compared with maize group,blood Val,Ileucine,Trp and Gly concentrations of weaned piglets in aged rice group were significantly increased by 34.94%,38.51%,22.49%and 25.55%(P<0.05),respectively.However,the concentrations of phenylalanine and histidine were significantly decreased by 19.03%and 26.30%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusions:Based on this experiment,completely replacing corn with aging corn can improve body weight gain and feed return at later growth stage,and increase serum glucose and insulin concentrations and plasma branchedchain amino acid concentrations in piglets from 1 to 28 days after weaning.
